2019年10月1日に開催された、令和元年度第47回全国醤油品評会において、「農林水産省食料産業局長」を受賞しましたので、皆様にご報告申し上げます。
皆様のご支援のおかげを持ちまして、山形屋商店のこいくち醤油「ヤマブン本醸造特選醤油」の芳醇な香りと深い旨み、後味と風味のバランスが評価され、「農林水産省食料産業局長」を受賞することが出来ました。
10月7日に市役所で行われた報告会の様子
